RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects:

  1. Stains,
  2. Zipper malfunction,
  3. Ripped or Torn,
  4. Thing is not as described on the website

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at poojishaimpex@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized Products or Customized Jewelry are not returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping Charges, VAT, and duties are not refundable.
  • Return Shipment is at the customer’s cost.
  • Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. For the RazorPay payment gateway, these are 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit/credit cards/Net Banking (except for American Express, which is 4.72%) and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards.  For Paypal, these are 5.19%. All charges above are inclusive of applicable GST (18%)
  • Additionally, the return payment will not refund any additional lab certificate ordered in addition to the free and the gemstone.
  • Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (from the date the product is received at our address). Please note that the credit card company or bank may take another week to reflect that in your account.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time around 4-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that the item must be in an unused condition and contain all the tags and packaging (if any). If there is a fault in the product shipped to you that is a manufacturing defect, your product will be replaced. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted. Stones should be the same as it is before returning, we have an identification system of stones.
